I went by there during business hours (per their posted sign) and the door was locked. I knocked and knocked on the door for several minutes with no answer. Standing in front of their office and called them; no answer. Left a message; no answer. They are the Department of Labor, but apparently no one works there. I wish I could rate them "no stars". I would say terrible service, but there was no service at all.

I have been also, I went to the dol.Ga.gov site & set up the iD.ME account and finally was able to access the online services and received confirmation back. Good luck.
