If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have visited this location 3 times and every time I go to this location the customer service is horrible. There system is always down making going there to pay your bill almost impossible . The customer service associates seem to be bothered when you ask them question , and seem to have a very disassociated " I don't really want to be here " attitude . I won't be returning to this location which sucks because its the closest to my office , no I'm not looking for anything I work as a General manager for over 10 yrs, customer service is key to me this place need total new staff or some much needed additional training .

Sure can..And the ppl there @ cricket are really nice
My husband and friend has crickets and they don't seem to have it very many problems too often with not having service, however I am unsure.. but many many people that I know have said MetroPCS is really awful and that they like cricket. Hope that helps!
