No stairs. One floor living. People r friendly and very caring I cell is broken in spot s. My rmjanks go out oo everyone at Pam dover rehab. He staff medial can nursing assistants Therapy and he Jim and so many people a Pam I had pod ime with all. Prayers and hanks pat. Barcus

No you lease the land. Very nice community pool at clubhouse, also hot tub workout room, library, pool table , etc. We bought a year ago, moved in two months ago. Great neighbors, we enjoy living here. We are at 134 maureen place.
Ground rent for 2017 was $505. Rent for 2018 is undergoing arbiration.
