Shipped an item, ups never picked up my Amazon return. Someone there take my return? Dismissed by employee when I call store.

Came in this morning to deliver a package to a customer who requested that I use their UPS bus. acct. the young lady told me that it could not be done at this facility. she recommended that I take it to Harrington. Drove 15 miles to Harrington only to find that the operating hours were from 330 pm to 630 pm. REDICULOUS!!. Drove back to Dover and tried WINDSWEPT. In and out with no problems.
