No you lease the land. Very nice community pool at clubhouse, also hot tub workout room, library, pool table , etc. We bought a year ago, moved in two months ago. Great neighbors, we enjoy living here. We are at 134 maureen place.

There is a neighborhood pool. Most of the yards aren't big enough for a pool.
