my biggest complaint is that the pool got close after just getting opened in mid June. it is close on Mondays for them to clean the pool. the pool can be closed up to a week at a time when the pool is a nice deep GREEN. they finally closed the pool for 1 week and drained and cleaned it and then it ended up being closed again because the pool turned green. when we are finally able to get the pool opened. they are closing it for the season and it was only opened Mid-June til Sept 5th labor day. now no pool until next year. Mangagement said they were added some nice stuff to the pool area . we got tile around the pool and 2 tables with umbrellas and chairs. that was it please get them to keep the pool open until it starts to get cool off.

They mistreat their tenants, they try to get the older mobile homes out, they target certain people. They are always putting notices to the people who keep to them selves and pay their rent in time . They never fix their roads or flooding issues we have we drive door high floods just to get to our house . This is the worst management and community to live in . STAY AWAY !!!

Pure Love

This community has never looked so beautiful. It is a very well kept clean and quiet community. I've enjoyed living here for many years and have seen the progression of it first hand. Management is quick to respond and is very professional. There are so many wonderful changes the clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous. There is a security gate and lots of improvements. I'm happy here and with the way management keep the community clean and clutter free. You will absolutely LOVE IT HERE!!

This was a decent place when we first moved in, but the latest owner, Inspire Communities have introduced new rules that make you feel like a prisoner in a gulag instead of being at home. The latest round of draconian regulations is that after 28 years, residents are no longer permitted to have lawn chairs ON THEIR LAWN. We are also not allowed to have outdoor grills on the lawn. Nothing on the grass, at all, must be stored in the limited space of your storage shed. Failure to comply will GET YOU EVICTED. Residents are putting out to the trash their grills and lawn furniture, lest they face eviction. If you like reasonable freedom, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PARK. Better to go elsewhere, or get a land/home package.
