We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Mall of America and the rate was a bit lower than some of the others. The rooms were clean and more spacious than expected so we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. We will definitely stay again if we travel nearby again!

Really great staff. Good breakfasts. I have stayed here before. The rooms need some updating & attention. Fair price. However, broken glass in the parking lot for multiple days is not a good sign for the care of the place.

We booked 3 rooms for family. My wife's side of the family was visiting from Chicago. We came to visit the Mall of America. The rooms were extremely clean. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen and sofa-bed available. We were very satisfied with everything in this stay.

The reception staff was friendly. In particular, Rhoda is an amazing host. So welcoming and helpful!! A Mall of America shuttle runs every 2 hours during the day to the main entrance. You can walk to the south entrance of the mall in 10 mins. The pool is well-maintained, the beds are cozy, the rooms are clean. The breakfasts are tasty, with a variety of options, some changing daily - like Canadian bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs or omelets. Plenty of parking outside.
