Fantastic service. Manager of the hotel was able to have all of our family in a suite together and went above and beyond to make this happen. That goes for everyone else who works here from staff in the restaurant to front desk and room service. Has two swimming pools and although we didn't use these during our stay, could see they were very popular. Hotel is right on top of Mall of America with easy access to the shops and amusement parks. Added bonus is its just a few minutes from the airport by car.

When checking in we had the friendliest and most helpful receptionist, named Laura. All the staff throughout our stay were very nice. I thought it was really cool how there is two pools and two large hot tubs, perfect for families. The rooms were decent sized and very clean. I absolutely loved the breakfast, the lines moved very fast and the staff kept everything fully stocked. Also perfect location! Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were comfy and had everything I needed/expected. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was well maintained, and staff was friendly and willing to help. The biggest complaint I have was something weird was happening with the water and pipes. Any time a shower was being used in any of the adjacent rooms, and our own, the pipes would start vibrating violently, and it was truthfully as loud as an air compressor. Mostly when hot water was being used. Area of concern was at the end of the second floor in the lower diget room numbers. I'm sure if this issue gets resolved, then your experience will be fulfilled, especially with the great price.

It was nice having 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Was not impressed with the rooms at all though. They are very dark and dated. No TV in the living room area. Someone else did then when I was there 3 weeks ago. I don't know if there was a few tho. The parking lot is huge but it's unprotected
Yes. It is easier to walk if you can. Just remember which entrance you used to get into the mall.

If you arrive before midnight, just give us a call from the airport and we'll send a shuttle for you. After midnight, we can arrange an Uber, Lift, or cab, in most cases.
