Easy in and out, easy to use, cost less than going to VEIP itself.

Everything worked great, no issue with the touch screen like people have been saying, no issue with payment, no issue with the kiosk not functioning or OBD plug issues. 5min and done. I will continue to use this kiosk from now on.

Pretty simple!

Easy if you know the location of the OBD port and it’s accessible. What could be improved are specific directions to the kiosk which is on the street side of the parking area on the south side; And they could use more than one kiosk.

Hi Chris, the emissions cost $10 if you choose the self service option, and $14 if you prefer regular service (i.e. if an MVA staff has to attend to you). Any thing else you'll like to know?
I don't think they meant the outside Emissions kiosk, specifically Beltsville, it is open 24/7.
yea i couldnt print anything
It was working as of Thursday night when I went.
Yes. According to the sign at the kiosk it is for 2005 and newer.
As of today 9:30 am its not working
Yes. According to the MVA website, your car must be 2005 or newer
Yes, but it breaks down frequently. First time I tried, waited in line for a busted machine. Second time was the charm.

I found this on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5D2iQIYe1k I do not have a barcode on my notice so I hope I can enter vehicle info when I get there.
2005 or newer
Yes. You can enter your info to pull up your latest emissions via your tag #
No you can not renew your registration. This site is for emissions testing only.
No, not at this time. Only the kiosks are open across Maryland. Also, they kiosks don't do emissions for vehicle registered in another state.
The only thing you need is your registration for the needed info.
The VEIP is only for emission inspection. It didn't work when I went there in July.
Lol, that's what I was expecting... so it only works for newer cars... there's device that you take out from the kiosk drawer and plug to your car's computer interface thing (obd interface or something) that's usually under the dash on the driver side..you plug it in, follow the screen prints,it does it's thing and prints out the results.
Yes, it's open 24 hours. It's a stand alone kiosk that you could miss if you aren't looking for it. Its located in the main parking lot along route 1.
VEIP $14.00 Self-Service Kiosk $10.00
