So do we do our own emissions inspections now? Just drop the test thing in the exhaust pipe? Is that how it works?? Is this new?

Lol, that's what I was expecting... so it only works for newer cars... there's device that you take out from the kiosk drawer and plug to your car's computer interface thing (obd interface or something) that's usually under the dash on the driver side..you plug it in, follow the screen prints,it does it's thing and prints out the results.
