No you can not renew your registration. This site is for emissions testing only.
To answer Armand's question below: Yes, you can take your emissions and when you pay for it and pass, then your registration will automatically be updated as current; as long as that was the only reason it was suspended.
My registration is suspended because of expired emission from 2017. Never gotten the notice . Can I go and pass the emission test and still renew my registration although it’s a past emissions notice that needed to be done ?
