In Sept. 2022, for the first time I experienced needing the assistance from a fire department. Although, when expressing my extreme gratitude I was told “it’s our job”, I was compelled to make sure all who helped that day were recognized for their superb service. I was very impressed with the devotion and dedication of these individuals and how everyone worked together to get the job done quickly, as well as making sure my home and myself will be safe. The people here are really rude Every time they come to my home.they make my family feel uncomfortable as if there racist or something.i don’t like how the way they handle a critical person, they are to rough when it’s time to take the patient out and not only one time but two times jewelry has came up missing when the family asks the hospital where is the jewelry at ,so something needs to be done.i will never let them come to my house again,I will take the critical person to the hospital before I call 911 because of how rude there team is.

Last year I fell and like the tv commercial, I could not get up. My husband and son were frantic. I was fine but needed assistance and we could not do it. My son called for assistance and there they were. These young men were very professional and patient. Then without a problem got me up and ck me out. Very kind So polite! They said just call and they would help anytime! I hope I never need them again but if I/we do I know I will be in good hands. Thank you gentlemen. You are very kind. Sherry Bastress
