Management is a mess. I put in a service to have a faucet checked out and they came, without any notice given to me or my family, 2 weeks later. It's a little off putting and scary when you have a stranger just come on in. Another thing is the parking. The parking situation here is horrible, the towing company literally preys on us. They just switched to online passes and I don't know why. They lured us into thinking we would be getting multiple guest passes and there were more benefits but there aren't any! The "multiple guest passes" is really just only a 24 hour pass you can use up to 7 times...after that you have to pay for each night. At least before with the physical passes, you didn't have a certain amount of times you could use it. You could use it for an indefinite amount of times. It also makes me nervous parking now because how does the towing company check cars now if they don't have a physical pass up. What if they make a mistake and tow the wrong car. All in all, don't live here. It's not worth the trouble or money.

We moved out on 9/31/2022 we had been living there since 2016 and when we moved from one apartment to next and got our security deposit back in two weeks. Since new management took over we haven't gotten our deposit back.and it's now September 30th.we left the apartment we moved out of with no damages. I have pictures to prove that we didn't. They are currently remodeling our old apartment. Management there is very unorganized. It should not take months or weeks to get your deposit back. We were very respectful residents.

Worst management ever. Buildings had mice coming down from the attic after roof work, the complex did not stick to health codes and were not allowing my son and I to have a livable home. There were up to 10 mice all caught dead or alive and removed from the residence without the assistance of maintenance or staff. Black mold was coming through the vents. All maintenance requests took forever to get carried out and my apartment was always left in shambles when they were finished. They do not care about their tenants and only care about the money they can get with remodeling and charging way more than these apartments are worth. If I could give 0 stars I would. Money hungry, uncaring management who care only about the profit of the business not the people who call these apartments their home. Polo Mack should not be in charge. I would never recommend living here.

After living at FIELDPOINTE for a year Dennis came on board and fixed the loud disturbing noise from my loud air conditioning and heating system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Now I can live in peace.

Not as far as I'm aware, I don't own a dog myself but I've seen pitbulls which is one of the most banned breeds, so if that is any indication probably there's no restrictions whatsoever.
