I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Moved into a new house and the previous owner did not contact ADS to come and pick up the old bins. When ADS came around to pick them up, they complained that the bins had trash in them....seriously? We told them the previous owners left the trash in there and were told that we would have to empty the bins before they could collect them. Well we emptied it only to see the truck come by, look at the bins (not even open them to check), and just drove off. Completely useless garbage disposal company. Good thing a neighbor came by and told us to switch to Cardinal the day we moved in and we never had to pay to use ADS's "service"

HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE ADS FOR ANYTHING!!!! Do not waste your money or time. Charge you for pickups they don't pickup. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ana and Desiree should be fired for their complete incompetence. Services: Commercial Trash and Recycling.
