We had a terrific experience with the team at Excel Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to learn what we were looking for and what styles. In the world of bathroom fixtures, the options are endless, but the team was able to narrow it down to exactly what we were looking for. Out of all the showrooms we visited, Excel was by far the most knowledgable and also had the most selection. We love how our home turned out thanks to Excel, the fixtures we got tie everything in perfectly. They'll be our go-to for any future needs.

Wow, Excel Plumbing knows what they're doing and their expertise made my newest kitchen and bath renovation easy! Amazing selection and have friendly & insightful staff who took the time to understand my project, my budget, how to match and fit pieces/sets together, and showed me better alternatives than what I envisioned. Can't help but compare it to an earlier experience I put myself through last year... how much time and effort I wasted by shopping multiple stores, constantly comparing prices, dealing with incomplete ‌inventory sets, and running into sneaky salesmen who each had different ideas. In the end I wasn't happy with the final aesthetic of my bathroom because I had made compromises by sourcing parts from different locations. Not sure why I didn't come here sooner... I can't express how pleased I am with how the remodel turned out! Buying from Excel was definitely worth it and will be returning again when I have another project - thanks guys!!

I highly recommend Excel Plumbing. They have an extensive product offering all levels of budgets. They have high end products and brands that other places might not offer. Their showroom is nice, neat, and organized. It's well spaced which is ideal during COVID times. What really stood out to me is their customer support. From my initial arrival to helping me shop to receiving the parts I ordered, their team here makes the customer experience a priority. Again, highly recommended.

We used Excel Plumbing for key parts of both of our bathroom renovations and the experience was flawless both times. To start, the facility is large and even during Covid times the services provided were smooth and simple. Not only no issues, but service was exceptional. The selection was also great as they have products from every tier of quality/price. While working with Stacey, we talked through our price range, and she showed us exactly what we wanted to see. And there was no upsell or anything like that, it was an honest conversation. We did our mater bathroom renovation first, and the experience was so good we went right back to them for our second bathroom renovation. After being completed 4 months and 2 months ago, I can confirm that we're EXTREMELY HAPPY with our experience, and we'll be coming back to them for out kitchen.
