Good place 2 live . Bad place 2 find a parking space because some tenants have 3 or 4 cars.some are a disabled & they just take up a parking space.

Brookland is a very quiet neighborhood and affordable. there was a problem with nets and I resolved it myself but otherwise maintenance was very responsive. The grounds are kept clean. Since this is an older complex the bathrooms needs to be updated. Otherwise living there was fine.

I absolutely loved my apt. Right location and it was spacious. Getting things fixed right often took several phone calls. Changing of mgmt companies frequently often led to inconsistent upkeep of the outside. The people that clean the dryer vents are a joke and I did not like it was always different people that could obtain access to my unit. I paid my rent and my utilities so I was not bothered nor needed to interact with the office on a regular basis. When I did everyone was always pleasant.
