I don't normally write reviews but I just want potential residents to be aware. For starters this place has a bird/bird fecal matter problem. Since the summer has started, there have been birds creating nest and hatching eggs in the light fixtures outside of the apartment doors. I have contacted the leasing office via phone and email about this situation and there has been no resolve for several months now. I have even made multiple maintenance request for someone to come pick up the DEAD bird that was sitting in front of my door for over a month. I EVEN contacted Grady MGT, the corporation that owns Adams Crossing and got no response. The office staff does not care about its tenants. They lack compassion and understanding for the residents. The pool was closed for about 50% of the summer. It literally takes maintenance 2 + weeks to respond to service request. I waited for over a month and submitted several tickets just for them to come and fix my kitchen sink. I had nothing but hot water in my shower for the first 3 months moving there. I love the community but the leasing office needs work. I have never been the one to complain but the treatment is absurd when I pay to live here.

I submitted an application I think these apartments are beautiful. I called to follow up and maybe make an appointment to see one and I was told my application did not go through because I did not receive a confirmation number but when I received an email saying my documents are signed and went through and my application is showing a green check mark showing complete on my end. I was told there was a waiting list and do not know how long or if I need to submit any additional paper work. I was promised a follow up call and never received one. I have been trying to reach out but get different answers.
