Giving a one star is generous at the point. I have been gone for two month and two days and moved around the corner. I verbally informed this company that i was not renewing my lease after two years of being renting from them and was informed that they don't take verbal notifications. I sent another email on February 15th, 2021 and was blamed that they did not lease the apartment after investigating that they did in fact leased my former apartment. the reason how i know they rented my former apartment was by an amazon alert of delivery from the leasee. In between requesting my security deposit, i received a bill for two months that i wasn't there on Friday and received a call from an aggressive collection company today. If you are going to rent from this company, please make sure you sign all documents because i had someone in the leasing office sign my documents two years ago and i went off and spoke to the manager and make sure you tell them three months in advance by writing that you will not review because they will attempt give you a bill late and state that you left without paying. All rent was paid and still have a bill with no security deposit. Nice place to live but their business practices are horrible and should be under investigation.
