Still in the application process but I have to say they are communicative, professional and the only delay at the moment is on my end with the application. They DO have housing law rules they must work within, that's true for any place. They communicate them well and hopefully I'll be approved. It's a stunningly beautiful community . Brand new (2018) and looks it. Give them a shot.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Starting with the beginning there was zero communication with a human being during the application process up until two days before the lease was signed. Despite numerous attempts to contact the leasing office and several voicemails left pleading for a call back. When we moved into the “brand new apartments built only two months prior” we had no hot water for almost two weeks. Maintenance had to come back at least three times to fix the issue. The water heater leaked several times damaging the hardwood planks due to the horrible placement of the water heater in the apartment. **You know it’s bad when maintenance admits whoever built the apartments and decided that it was a great idea to put the water heater in the small area where the washer and dryer was a terrible idea.** During the summer if you have an apartment on the bottom floor facing the parking lot good luck sleeping. You can hear everything and it’s more than likely people in your building will decide to rev the engine and blast music past midnight. The walls are covered with the cheapest primer not even a proper paint, just white primer that if you blink too hard at it will scuff. There’s cracks along the ceiling above the door. For about the first six months trash would be piled up at the dumpster. Since the compactor was implemented it’s been better. The side with the new apartments has ZERO trash cans with dog bags and the dog park has ZERO trash cans with dog bags in it. Opposed to the opposite side of the complex that has trash cans with dog bags on almost every corner. For the amount charged for rent this place is not worth it. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
