First time I missed my appointment, but it was very easy to reschedule another appointment without additional cost. The staff are quick and easy to go. Immediately I came in, my name was checked and since I was on scheduled, it was easy for me to be attended to. I came in few minutes before my appointment and I was attended to. In less than 3minutes I was through with my finger printing appointment and my receipts was issued. You can use the ID code generated on your receipt to verify your security check and background information. Total payment made was around $102 only.

Poor customer service and very rude staff

Horrible - had an appt for 520 at the 2825 3rd ave location. Stood for 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk at all then waited an hour for nothing. As 620 came around i was told along with about 7 other ppl that our appointments were cancelled basically and to come back tmm in the morning. It honestly felt like the woman doing the printing simply decided she wanted to go home. I cant come in the morning I scheduled for 520 for a reason. So now i gotta miss out on money twice. Don’t schedule ppl after 5 if by 6 yall shut the servers down, if not HIRE BETTER WORKERS who can fingerprint ppl on schedule .
