The worst experience! A Zero in customer service and all the obnoxious things you can imagine I do not recommend this place at all save yourself a hard time and do not do business here.

Fingerprints were done quickly. They see you at your appointment time so it makes no sense to try and get there early. If people come in after you and have an earlier appointment time they will be seen. It doesn't matter if they come a half hour AFTER their appointment time; they will be seen before you. At least that is what happened when we went there. The reason for the 3 stars is because the person who was doing our fingerprints was TEXTING the whole time while she was entering my vital information. Not only was this unprofessional but seemed very suspicious to me. Is this their protocol, is texting while taking fingerprints and entering someone's personal information something that they are allowed to do? Luckily I have a fraud alert on my credit report!
