I arrived early so I can get my fingerprinting done, but as I sat in the waiting area the reps were so rude with the customers. The room was filled with people who were early yet they would not take you early. They ask you to scan the code, and will not take you early. How efficient is that??? NASTY people Nasty, they don't have any customer service rude.
