Went out for my birthday dinner. The server Arial was very sweet. Both my husband and I got the ultimate feast. The food could have been better. Lobster, shrimp scampi and broccoli was all overcooked and I don't think we got a full serving of the crab legs. Server asked the kitchen for more but it was never brought out. My husband had tell her and the we got it as we were leaving

Our server was fantastic! Big win for Liz, best service we have had there by far..her service was perfect! Food: everything was tasty, a bit on the higher side of salty BUT my fried fish was not good. They over battered it and over fried it until the fish curled. Didn't really eat it and left a bit hungry.

I haven't been to Red lobster in a while, due to the portion to price ratio. That being said, I went recently and it was way better this time. My wife and I went to celebrate an occasion and it was fantastic. The service was great as well as the the food. I think the price is still a little high but I felt good with the bill this time around. Portions were better and like I said, service was fantastic.

One of the managers told me usually starts round the beginning of August. But right now it's lobster and shrimp.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant.
