Food was incredibly bland and not tasty at all. Service was good, yet if you want to go to a restaurant to eat tasty and delicious food don’t come here, because it was a mistake.

I'm a New Orleans native, so maybe my standards are a little high, but: 2.5 stars. - Shrimp po boy, more like bread sandwich! 5 shrimp per 6" as you can see from the photo. After two bites I put all the shrimp on one half. So basically half a po boy for $16. (A good half, just a rip off.) - Gumbo had the consistency of etouffee, maybe even thicker (gumbo should be soup, not sludge). Couldn't tell if this was due to lack of freshness or just how they made it. And merely ok flavor for gumbo, at best. At least they didn't skimp on the ingredients, though--plenty of protein here. -Red beans and rice were ok/fine. Didn't taste super fresh and there was too much rice relative to beans IMO, but it was fine, not like the embarrassingly low number of shrimp on the po boy. I wonder if they make the gumbo and red beans in bulk, and I got leftovers from lunch. The po boy was definitely fresh and quite good, just way low on shrimp. I'll give it another chance eventually and will update this review then.
