I lived at Silver Tower North for 1 year. Overall, it's a great apartment. I listed a few pros and cons here: Pro: 1. Great position. very close to the police station, pretty safe, and not many homeless people near the apartment. Quiet compared to Times Square. It's close to Hell's Kitchen, so it's only a 10-minute walk to some fantastic restaurants. 2. The service is good. You can pick up your package all day. Most of the employees here have a great attitude, and the doormen are all very friendly. 3. The amenities are great. Everything is adequate. 4. Sound insulation is pretty good. Con: 1. Expensive at this point, but every apartment in that area has increased to that price recently. 2. If you live in the north tower, lower floors (<35), towards the lake view, most of your view is blocked by the red building nearby. If your room's view is toward the city, it will not be a problem. 3. Parking is expensive, but convenient for EVs because they provide charging. I would recommend it if you are okay with the rent.

An arm and a Leg 🙄

What are some of the limitations a person under the low income program would have in the building? I heard that people under that program have a separate enternece and cannot use a certain patio. Is it really worth living under that program.
