My doctor is awesome and is very knowledgeable. The problem is the office. The only way to contact the doctor is by voicemail through an assistant. They are incredibly unresponsive and condescending. I was going to run out of medication before the refill could arrive. I called and left a message asking for a 7 day prescription. I never heard from them. This is typical for the office, just one example of how they operate. I don't know how many patients this assistant's voicemail line serves but it must be a lot.

The psychiatrist, Dr. Aznaurova, told me multiple times that I was the problem and shamed me. Told me it was a choice. She is seriously in the wrong line of work. I was in tears and felt even worse after the appointment. Unprofessional on all ends.

DO NOT GO HERE.They are simply incompetent and cannot do their jobs correctly which wasted a month of time and all they can do is schedule you again to waste another month of your time. They will not help you if you have a medical marijuana card and force you to wait the time and not say anything until the day of your appointment.

They don’t check their voicemails or return calls, so if there are any hiccups between the doctor and the pharmacy (which in my experience, happens almost every month), you’re going to be off your meds waiting sometimes weeks for your doctor to make a 30 second phone call.
