A general rule of thumb is to wait 24 but 48 hours is better in order to give the product an optimal amount of time to work it's way into the turf.

While our weed control will kill most, if not all, weeds it is possible a few could be left due to different factors. If you see this feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to arrange a time to stop by and treat those weeds at no additional charge.

Soil problems are real and can cause issues, however our program is specially put together to deal with the soil here in Kansas and Missouri. We see a lot of people who try to treat their own lawn often don't provide their lawn what they need at the correct times throughout the year. Our team's applications use the right rates at the right time based on the square footage of your lawn to produce the best results.

This, of course, depends on which services you've requested. If you've signed up for our Fertilization & Weed Control treatment program we will visit your lawn 6 times in a year in order to ensure your lawn is getting consistent care throughout the year.

We use a specialized technology available to us that allows us to see your properties dimensions online. If we aren't able to get an exact measurement of your lawn's size online, we will come to your property and get an accurate measurement.
