kind of cramped, not a lot of parking, not all the employees wear masks all the time, there is NO cell phone reception, and I haven't been able to get on their wifi, so I can never look at online lists, look up products, clip digital coupons, or contact my family members while I'm in any part of the building, very frustrating, decent selection though, and lots of good little sandwiches

Really rude (and scarily peppy and energetic) management. Later found out their policy on alcohol sales did not reflect what the manager said on the spot. A brief scan of their policy would have been a quick solve but theyd rather inconvenience costumers instead. I support strict policies but not idiotic people in charge of applying those policies.

There were a few great deals this week, so I had to take advantage, even buying some products I don't usually buy. Example: 12 pack of soda buy 2 get 3 free, so that's 5 for the price of 2, or about 30¢ a can.

Safeway has a great price on meats and many items. I am regular. I shop there 2-3 times a week.. They open so late. I love it so much! But I gave 4 stars because they have the worst, unfriendly, and VERY SLOW check out. It is awful. I try to use self check out whenever I can. If you buy alcohol items, you can't do self check out because they have to check id which is understandable. Just wish the store would improve about staff.

You should have go a refund right then and there. Then to go tomorrow at 5:00am You should complain or go to there bosses about it or look up store policy.

Masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and if you bring your own bags, you have to pack them yourself. That last one kind of throws me. Especially since they are apparently allowed to use plastic bags. There are partitions at checkout. People can browse any direction, whereas they had to follow floor markings initially when pandemic protocols were put in place.
