You should have go a refund right then and there. Then to go tomorrow at 5:00am You should complain or go to there bosses about it or look up store policy.
They was supposed to give full refund right there but if possible go to the store at 5am and also talk with the manager about it
Well what i do is remember . All corprate chains always have a regional office. That's we're i go whenever store gives me a problems. I don't waist my time with the manager I go to the top ( call the top) and then that gets filtered down to the regional manager then to the manager. Then that's when you usually get comped something or a gift card or something. Provided you were done wrong.
