I’ve been living here over a year now, and just renewed my lease. I love my apartment the rent is fair for the size and the location. I have a 2/2 with washer and dryer with plenty of space in every room. I haven’t had many issues and when I do maintenance is prompt to fix them. The ladies in the office are friendly and very accommodating. They are making upgrades to the property which is a plus. As with any other older apartments there is going to be issues and updates needed and I feel they are making the necessary changes.

A little over a year staying in complex. I can say Lofty management is great for the complex. They are renovating outside as well as inside of the units. How it used to be versus now is a 180. I enjoy my home and love how quiet it is. Maintenance is quick to respond and the front office staff is very kind. I hope others will overlook old reviews and pay attention to newer ones.

Ima speak up like Morgan everything renovated in my apartment and clean and the leasing agent Ms Cindy is so cool and chill they must don't want yall to move here they also have a security for you to call if needed
