I am interested in relocating to Jacksonville, FL. I currently reside in Sumter County, FL. My husband travels North of FL and this would be a perfect move for us. We are currently on the market to buy a home and with our house selling faster than we had anticipated we now have to rent for the meantime. Of course no one wants to pay a whole lot out of pocket for in return you will eventually have to give back what is not yours. We were on our way out from vacationing for the Thanksgiving Holiday and we decided to stop in the front office. Michelle greeted us with such enthusiasm and she shook our hands and introduced herself. That alone made me put this community on the top of our list. Michelle was very polite and professional. She offered us refreshments while explaining to me the current special, and what made it even better, she told me if I was to move in and refer someone, once they move in I would receive $400 dollars off mine and my husbands rent. Michelle went over qualifications and the process of us becoming a resident at Catalina. She assured us of how pleased we would be to reside under such good ownership/management of S2 Residential. I look forward to keeping in contact with Michelle as we make our decision on where we will become renters/residents until the purchase of our new home takes place. Thank you Michelle! Kudos to Catalina for having such professional and warm welcoming staff.

I love this place! My mother n law currently resides here. I was skeptic at first because she moved to this area that has a bad reputation, it's known for drugs, violence, and crime. 8 months ago you wouldn't have been able to drive through here and feel comfortable enough to even get out and walk to the front office due to heavy hangouts, a bunch of men standing around with loud music and it was just a uncomfortable environment to be. Now I can feel comfortable enough to bring my kids over to my mother n laws so she can watch them for me while I work. My kids play outside and I am not worried like I would have been many months before. The parking lots are empty, cleaned up and it is really quiet and peaceful here. The front office staff is really nice, my mother n law loves them. She says they are like family to her. She goes up there when she is bored and enjoys the refreshments, coffee, and her favorite is breakfast on the go. I was unable to attend Halloween with my kids due to my work schedule and thanks to Catalina, my kids had fun at their costume party. The ladies in the office are so nice and very professional. I am just glad my husband is at ease knowing his mom is in good hands where she lives. Thank you Michelle and Lisa for all that you do for my be loved mother n law. My family will continue to refer you to others.
