I am extremely satisfied with the new management team (Tanya, Lisa, & Rebecca). In just one big sweep, their coordination with JSO, they arrested the entire "drug operation" that was playing our complex. It is like a new neighborhood out here, & I'm grateful.

I loved the back to school event they had. It was great! There was food and games for the kids they also had a bouncy house. They also gave away backpacks with school supplies and had a drawing for a $25 gift card. The kids had a great time! Thank you Catalina!

The staff is amazing Lisa, and Tonya are always polite and considerate of all tennants and if its a maintenance issue they accommodate you well. Thanks again the back to school giveaway was fantastic!

Changed hands multiple times a and now under new management and like everywhere else rent high. Oh btw good luck finding the office staff.
This place has done a whole 360. I have lived here for almost a year & I have to say I love it. Lisa is the property manager finally it’s been a long time coming for her. Lisa is amazing and understanding. S2 is taking over Arlington and turning things around. There are cameras all over the property and security at night. Apartments are being remodeled (grey & orange just fyi) but it’s nice.
