These people are the worst there's a diner full of people employees but the door was locked. This was early morning about 2 days ago the door is open locked in the morning they don't open it until later even though they have staff. I've seen the employees to upset on the side where the drive-thru is and smoke cigarettes then run in when someone comes to the drive-thru the other day they pulled me up when they had not one customer to take care of and it was a delivery order it should have already been prepared ready to hand out of the window unfortunately it wasn't. I pulled up and then was demanded to reverse which I refuse to do they told me that oh no I would do it and I told them that I would not. I called the customer and then customer got in contact with Wendy's and then they told her that she her order was would be up in a little while but it had really already been made in already they just were playing games so then they bring the order out about 20 minutes out sad but I have troubles with this Wendy's all the time

I must review this Wendy's right away!! I just went to place my order through the drive true and the guy's greeting was "we are in the middle of shift change, please place your order inside". Oh, and on top of that, we couldn't hear him first, and he had to repeat tree times before we could hear him. In the end, he also said: "it is the third time I tell you". Is unbelievable the lack courtesy!!!! 👎😒 Of course, we decided to go somewhere else 🤷🏻♀️

I came to eat a breakfast biscuit at 8:30 am, and I was told by an employee that breakfast was not being served.However, the lunch time menu will begin at 10 am to order This was very disappointing!

They had a sign up advertising breakfast..so I would think they do..
we used the drive thru but all the employees were wearing masks.
