It's like walking into the 60's, they only cash or money order, no debt. They haven't read my meter for months, when I went to check it, to see why my bill went above it's normal amount, it was covered in dirt and roots. They also closed 3 days a week, closed nearly 2 hours for lunch, and are only around when most people are at work. If you don't want to be in the office I support that, but they need to give customers who work full time an alternative way to pay their bills.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Our bill is higher n higher every month. Even though they haven't been reading our meter. I know for a fact they hadn't been reading it because grass n roots had grown over it. So I called n asked how they were coming up with what we owe n they assured me they've been reading it. But funny how about a hour after I got off the phone with them..someone was out here clearing off the grass. We've been dealing with their incompetence for over 40 years n it's only gotten worse. They're only in the office for about 3 hours of the 8 hour business day. U can never get through to talk to anyone. I won't leave a payment in the Dropbox because it "mysteriously" disappears. However I work during the hours they're open so it's nearly impossible to pay them. I wish there was something that could be done about these crooks. I gave them my piece of mind last month..now this month month my bill is double what it usually is.

I would give them zero stars!!!!!! They need to be shut down Asap! They are rude and they don’t give you the correct information when turning in services. Their website does not give any information about connecting your services either. We came in Friday and paid to get new services they will not turn us on until Monday. Worst customer service ever.

They're working on a storm drain replacement. They were suppose to start yesterday morning but did not.
I've asked this question. Unfortunately, no. We can not change the service. They're privately owned with a contract over this area. I'm currently looking into a petition and possibly taking a complaint to the city, because based off my experiences in the last 3.5 years, they seem to not be in compliance 100%.
Earlier a message said it was expected to be back on at 3pm today(10/4/19). It’s b.s., their way of notifying is by having a message on Julys bill saying sometime in the unknown future it will be off.. worst company ever, news needs to be called and an investigation done of the company, no way is this legal.
They apparently were doing maintenance to storm drains and everyone’s water was off yesterday. The notice on their door gave no eta on when it’ll be cask on.... mine is still off and no one is answering.
Our water and, according to my microwave, power was out at some point last night. But it was all working this morning.
Not sure. The water flow earlier was great for me. But they cut the water off again today for a few hours (they said there was a leak). And now it's slow. Expect it to be this way for a couple of hours.
