I want to say how great this team is. I have been seen at the Belmont and Gastonia office. I am a patient of Dr. Lynch. From calling and making and appt to the treatment given, I have to say it's a 5-Star place. I honestly have never had an issue. I've had all three of my children there. I have also miscarried three other. I have to say that Dr. Lynch has been happy for my pregnancies, and has cried with me for my losses. He takes care of me as if I was his only patient. I get treated by him like if I'm part of his family. He goes above and beyond to try to answer my questions with accuracy. He is very smart and will not give information out of thin air. He will research and follow up quickly. My last pregnancy was very rough on me. Dr. Lynch made sure to make me laugh and give me a peace of mind. There was one time where my insurance was not accepted, and I was willing to pay out of pocket just because of the way I'm treated by the staff and Dr. Lynch. I've refered my family to him, and we all love him. I'm sure I'll be a patient of his for as long as I am a woman.

I came in this facility because I am new to the area and it looked that it was one of the few doctors that take ChampVA. I love my doctor Dr.Bott but I hate the billing department. Every month I get new bill from them with the excuse that my insurance did not cover it .When I call the insurance I am told that that they cover it but it was send as an incorrect diagnistis. I have been dealing with this since I gave birth 8 months ago !!! I havent had problems with any of the stuff at the office. It does take longer sometimes which I wish it did not .The stuff at the Belmont office did not have a problem when I brought my son with me but I had my husband as well and could not drive after my c-section so I guess they could not say much. Hopefully the billing department can get it together because with this rate, i am learning how to bill correctly.

Dr Snook, is my gynecologist. She is very friendly. She will sat, and listen to you. She is so sweet, and kind. Also she will exam you good. She doesn't rush she takes her time. Trash if ur appointment is at 8 u won't be seen for 2 hours at least. You never see a real doctor just a pa or midwife. The health dept is far better a place
