The customer service was pretty good. They were trying and I was patient, that’s all I’m going to say about that. I was turned off by the lack of cleanliness in the store. It seemed like everything was sticky the floor, the coffee area including milk disposers(I barely wanted to touch it.), the tables and doors etc. This restaurant needs a remodel or at the least a deep cleaning. This made the dining experience unsettling for me.

This store never have hot coffee. The coffee is always luke warm. The staff is never friendly, it's like they are forced to be at work. Send a secret shopper in this store..
