Love it! Party area should be bigger and offer more.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My son is autistic and was struggling finding a pair of skates he was comfortable in. They were very patient with him and helped him find a pair he felt comfortable in. I had to buy him a pair. They adjusted the skates until they were to his liking. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the skating area needs to be updated/repaired. There was one side that you could feel the slats as you passed over them. The manager did he had been in a skating rink since he was a kid. His dad use to be a manager. You could tell it was something he enjoys. Even though the floor was a bit unnerving in the 1 spot, I would go back simply because of the staff
Kingdom Affairs
There are 2 Kates in this area- We refuse to go back to the other location because of management - this location has the best staff and the crowd is more our vibe- its a weekly thing for us now -

I use to be drop off here all the time by myself when I was 8 -12 then I stop coming until I got my license then I would always bring my nephew. I often bounce between both kates in gastonia. Now I am 19 and not allow to bring my nephew anymore unless I am 25, but rules are rules I guess. My problem was with the girl who worked there. There was no reason for her to have a attitude and treat me poorly because I didn't know these are the rules. I been here off and on for years and never was a problem until now. She treated us poorly because I asked questions, was rude, constantly cut me off. Just bad customers services over all. I wouldn't have had a problem if she treated us decent but she didn't. There was no reason for this treatment. Like I said I been coming off and on for years I didn't know this rule existed or if it's new. It just never been a problem until now.

$8 per person on Friday, $7 on Saturday and $6 on Sunday. So $16, $14 or $12 depending on which day you go.
Yes. There are many moms and dads actually walking next to there small kids. The floor is usually not crowded. They also have for rent skate mates. Which are different size helper carts for all who need a little help.
Depending on the day and time $5-8 admission.
They do have events just have to check frequently. The one in Indian Trail has them more frequently.
Ok
Pizza yes.
Yes they do
Yes, you can change skates if they don't fit. Not sure of the cost.
English please
You probably can get a faster response if you call and ask or if you check their website.
It's $6 per person plus $3 forskate rental per person. If you are a non skating parent accompanying your child, you can get in free.
No, and did you call them to book to make sure you would receive a group rate?
I think the only food they allow is cake and ice cream everything else i think you have to get from them. Pizza and plain dogs
