It's Lowes, you go there when you really need something and the local places don't have. This store, I don't know if it's management or the employees, always unhappy and can't be bothered to greet and see if you need anything. If you do Online pickup - the items always seem to be slightly damaged. (Usable, yet always some kind of defect) someone corpo needs to go in and fix morale (huge raises and better shifts, something to make the customer experience better) 1.5 stars

Don't try an call. I live about 35 miles away from this store. EVERY timeI try to call this store to check on something so I don't make a wasted 70 mile round trip they never pick up the phone. First you have to listen to those ridiculous automated answering machines. Then when you get transferred to the department you want...the dam phone rings for ever and nobody answers. I just had to make a call and I counted ( no lie) 86 rings and still nobody picked up. No wonder Lowes is struggling financially and Home Depot is doing much better then Lowes. Think I'll take my business to Home Depot.

This particular Lowes is convenient to where I live. I found what I needed and the price was ok.
