Causeway branch is a wonderful library. Bigger than you think with a nice comfy library feel even though it's in the corner of a mall. Large meeting room is used for most activities. Plenty of computers to use and very friendly & helpful staff. Good amount of seating to relax with a book. Good covid-19 precautions regarding checking out of items. Worth a visit. 😊📖🙂 Update 8-18-22 Still using dividers at check out, but no more scanning it yourself. ☺️

The library staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about where each book is located on the book shelves, the library also has a computer to locate a book.

Causeway branch has computers you can use, meeting rooms, lots of books & movies, a large children's section and wonderful & helpful librarians. 😃
Go to library website: stpl.bibliocommons.com Sign in with your library card number. You can search by title, author, key word, etc. There will be a button for "place a hold" & once you click that, you can choose your pick up location & then click the blue "confirm hold" button. You can see if all copies are in use here as well. If none are available, it will tell you what number you are in line. (Like you are # 25 on 8 copies.) We do this all the time. 😊 You'll get an email (or however you have told them to contact you -- I think this is in your settings) when your item is ready for pick-up. Just so you know -- searches need to be spelled correctly. It won't find the item you are looking for if it's spelled incorrectly. Enjoy!!!
