Horrible management , never reply to emails there lawyer doesn’t reply unprofessional. Doesn’t fix anything roaches and mice JP management even if you have issues in parking lots they don’t fix anything call anyone this place is bad stay away high priced rent beware Ask people around apartment tenants will tell you ! Ask for new appliances

I've been a resident for 6 years, and after COVID it has been ALL DOWNHILL. The worst being now, under the new management. Unfortunately all of my beloved neighbors are gone. We have a pool that didn't even open this year, when it IS open the upkeep is not properly done. There are food remnants everywhere, from orange rinds to banana peels. DO NOT have anything delivered here! (especially during the holidays) the package thieves are hard at work during that time of year. We have a gate that opens, and ppl are constantly tailgating onto the premises. Doors are constantly left open with rocks, its just a free for all. Zero safety or security. I cant even remember the last time the elevator worked...its been a solid two months. Thank God I live on the second floor. I cant imagine what the 6th floor is doin... probably have quads of steel by now. This year unfortunately has been the worst to date, we are now dealing with a rodent infestation. I haven't seen any pest control on site yet, and its been mentioned by multiple tenants for the past week now. I am counting the days till I am out of this God forsaken place. Its literally like public housing... BEWARE! and rent at your own risk.

Shame of management and personnel that they have, they liar. it's more than 30 weeks that elevator was died and they do not fix that. and they play with people and send that an email that they fix that but it's never fix. another problem that hurts me, my sister every weekend came to visit me but they took most of visitor spots for the staff that they have and the complex with have more than 800 units have only 10 visitor spots. I wish i read the reviewer before sign the agreement, during the agreement she forced me to sign ,sign and make in rush and when I told them regarding Visitor or elevator they told me lie. Down stairs smells like urine during night . Stay way form them. Do not recommend at all.
