Paid the application fee. Told us we were approved. Sent in documents. Never heard back again.

Management team, actually Gia won’t even reply to your emails or messages. She cancels showing appointments. She also told me she would contact me regarding vacant units, and if they were rented before my viewing, she would let me know. Of course she didn’t. Showed up for my scheduled appointment with another agent, that was canceled the first time. And of course the apartments were already rented. So that was a waste of time. I messaged Gia a few days later asking her what happened, but of course no answer. Seems like the leasing agents are just worried about making a quick $95 from the application fee, and could care less about potential tenants. Awful experience.
