We love our new plantation shutters! Although it takes time for them to come in ( ~4 months) it is worth the wait! the shutters look fabulous and are of good quality. The installers were also very professional and did a great job!

Soooo impressed with this company. The shutters took a while, but they are beautiful. Don't let a more expensive company try to oversell you on their "better" product and "better" service. These shutters are just as good (if not better) than other companies that were trying to charge 50% more. Also, simply shutter's service is impeccable. Very easy to talk directly to a manager, and get information immediately. I actually had a minor problem with my shutters after install. With one call, the manager was out here within 24 hours fixing my minor problems.

This is the 2nd time I have used Simply Shutters. We absolutely love the quality of the shutters! Beautiful and adds complete privacy when needed. It takes a while for them to come in but totally worth the wait! Brent and Preston were my installers and they did a great job and kept the work area neat and clean. Shout out to Dawn for keeping me updated on shipping and scheduling! I will definitely have them back in the future to finish the rest of the windows in my house.

Nightmare of a company. The installer dropped two shutters, broke an entire louvre, damaged a door, and broke an entire shutter having to be replaced. They then tried to charge me for the replacements and the shipments (this was after waiting 3-4 months for the initial delivery.) I wrote a google review detailing this, and then they called me asking "what can we do to make it right." - They agreed to replace the parts THEY BROKE for free. (Duh) - But, under the stipulation that I removed my Google Review calling out their sales manager. (lol) Fast forward 6 months. They are not reaching out to me to replace any of the parts, I'm trying once again to reach out to them but they've got a nice scam going here where they do not care at all about their customers. Update: Reached out to me after this review. Did not bring the two broken louvres. Brought the back door that was dropped and this ALSO had a broken louvre. They said they “don’t have the parts and would call in a week.” never called. It’s been over two more months. Complete incompetence.
