Called and set up at appointment to tour this building. I showed up today at 4:10 for my 4:15 and the doorman proceeded to check if the lady was in to help us. Her lights were off and he told us to sit and wait for her, no further explanation. He was not the most pleasant person. We waited until 4:45 and left. I rushed from manhattan to make it on time just to have the leasing office not show up. Thanks for the professionalism.

Today is my last day at this building. I spend 5 years here and if I would not have bought a new house , I would have stayed here forever. Thanks to the entire team for being very attentive to everyone’s needs here.

Just moved in a few months ago, and upon meeting with Rocco, I knew this was going to be a good experience, as he was on top of everything necessary to make this an easy transition, Silvia helped as well with suggestions and timing. The apartment building is immaculate, and the security looks good too. I recommend living here.
