My wife and I have been using this location for a little over half a year now with a family package and month by month it has gone down hill. They used to be amazing and a really good value but for 3 months now there hasn't been enough staff to keep up. They no longer brush off the bugs or spray your car upon entering the wash. The second line has been permanently closed so there is one line in now. This is now causing what was normally a minimum wait to now take over 20 minutes just to pay to get in line to wash your vehicle. I feel bad for the one employee working at the location having to run back and forth because the wash machine isn't accepting payments or opening the gate. You would think the location next to the town center would be run better with all the traffic they get. The wash has been sped up and there is no pretreatment going on so what normally was a one pass now takes two to even have your vehicles looking semi clean. Safe to say we will be canceling our package as the value no longer seems worth the cost. Hopefully they can restaff and restore themselves back to former glory.

Scrubbles is amazing! I’ve been looking all over Jacksonville for an awesome place to take my car to get it washed. Finally I found the place! I paid for a monthly membership for around $35. I get my own personal spot under the shade to vacuum out my car and use tire shine and towels. They provide the windex, towels, and tire shine for you. Absolutely free. As well as unlimited time on the vacuum. I go about every other day because it’s enjoyable to keep my car clean. The staff is super friendly and caters to every need that I have. This place is the best in town! Get the membership! It’s totally worth it! UPDATED 10/3/2022: The service is great but the car wash has taken a significant downward spiral. The towels are all oily and not clean and not dry when you dry your car. It leaves streaking on your car and it doesn’t look clean anymore like it used to a couple months ago when I first got my Xpress membership. I’m going to cancel both my memberships and look elsewhere because they can’t seem to figure out how to provide clean towels without oil residue on them that leaves streaking and oily residue on your car after you wash it and you were trying to dry it.
