My husband had his glasses repaired last month. Maybe 3 weeks ago. Well last night he was putting the on and the arm fell right off. He went back there today and they refused to fix them again and claimed he never had a repair there since they do everything digitally and they can’t find his records?? So we paid them over 40 dollars just for 3 weeks later to have the same broken glasses?!?!? Rude!! Crooks!! Stay away!! They literally used rubber bands for 40 dollars and no warranty!

Loupes broke and was going to pay 250 to expedite them to the loupe company with still a 4 week wait. Eyeglass repair got me in at 5pm on a Friday and had them fixed and ready to go for surgery by the end of the day. Excellent price and extremely nice. Highly recommend.

My glasses take a beating and lasted a few years but then the arm hinge broke. Brought my glasses into Eyeglass Repair at 10am, they were fixed and ready for pickup in just about one hour. They even straightened the not broken arm, which they didn't have to. All in all I am quite surprised and happy to have found this place. Way way cheaper than taking my glasses back to where I bought them. Will definitely be back.
