My refrigerator wouldn’t keep my items cold. I filled out a maintenance request. They confirmed I needed a new one, and came back a day later with one that looks like it was found in the dumpster. It’s all scratched up. Needless to say, all my food went bad with it taking so long to get a new one to my apartment. The area is filled with dog feces. See the pics attached. It’s even in the hallways of the apartment. This isn’t a one time thing either. The trash cans for dog waste are always overflowing.

My wife and I are a military family and just moved from the Oasis because we are being relocated. Typically apartment complexes are a nightmare and we searched for a long time to find the Oasis and since day one they have been extremely accommodating and understanding to our situation. There wasn't any hidden fees or hoops to go through when we told them my orders were changing and they prorated our last month since we would be gone before the end of the month. Kadeem was extremely helpful and took a lot of stress away that we typically experience. He is always friendly and ready to help if you have any questions or need assistance. Even on our last day he still showed the same amount of customer service as he did when I first met him. I'm very happy with our experience living here and the staff is very well chosen. Thankyou !

This review is to give clarity to other people looking for somewhere to live ! The 5 stars is for both our experience living here and to reflect the staff especially Kadeem ! My husband and I were relocated here with the Navy and had never been to Florida before. Before moving in the front desk gave us a live video tour to see the apartment and surrounding area to make sure we felt comfortable. We had a one year lease and it was the greatest year we've ever had ! The complex is always clean and maintained and the maintenence staff is always driving around handling any problems that ever came up. We had to end the lease early because we are being relocated again and they made it so easy for us to move out and understood our situation. Kadeem was so kind and helpful upon us leaving that both my husband and I were sad to leave because of how welcoming he has been to us since we met him. Normally moving is very overwhelming and stressful but I can guarantee you Kadeem will explain everything and give you clarity as well on how to make the moving process smooth and easy. For anyone looking for somewhere to live The Oasis is a wonderful complex with great features and the staff makes it feel like home ! Thankyou for our wonderful stay and for making this a difficult place to leave !

I have not much to say at this point but this place is going down hill. I have made too many complaints to Corp and the office and Noone cares. Something needs to change but I have been saying that for months now and nothing had happen. Its a shame cause this could be a great place to live long term..
