I hope my review will help you in your search. We had absolutely horrible experience, as someone was murdered right near our appartment within the "gates". Our children woke up to gunshots and are still having nightmares. We did not feel safe, the gate rarely ever works and is constantly left wide open. After moving out they took the security deposit plus charge us to repaint the place and replace all carpet. That's supposed to be normal wear and tear. We left place absolutely clean and filled the holes in walls. I'm so disappointed. Yes, place is nice, but get ready to overpay for everything. I tried to contact their corporate phone number to find someone who is familiar with rental laws and understanding "tear and wear" definition but no answer. If you had similar experience please feel free to contact me. They are doing this on regular basis and needs to be stopped. I'm planning go to court and file complaint with office of attorney General and BBB. I hope it helps!

I like the service that Sola gives. Andrea, Ashley, Erin and Brittany are great it'si love the staff the maintenance crew all of them them are just awesome and do a great job

Things SOLA does well: -Amenities -Upkeep of property -Friendliness and willingness to help -Up-to-date/modern rooms and fixtures -Communication -Activities -Room layouts -Elevators in every building Things SOLA does not do well: -Noise level if your apartment is near the pool (lots of screaming kids and the pond makes it echo and travel) -Noise level in apartment (upstairs neighbor stomped so much and hallways echo) -Trash sometimes not picked up at door -Requires community and trash fees -SILVERFISH Other things to note: -There was a shooting in the parking lot in January 2022 at 9pm. 1 person shot and killed. -Charged $150 for carpet cleaning fee after we left, but removed it once I contested. -We had a moisture issue in our building (Building 2) and SOLA "tried to fix it" but said there was nothing wrong. We had mold growing on our items and high humidity.
