I set up a scheduled appointment to purchase my leased MKZ at the end of my current lease. I arrived for the scheduled appointment and was told by the receptionist that the Finance Manager was on the phone and it would be just a few minutes. I then watched the Finance manger take a prospective new customer into his office when I had been waiting andproceed to process their financing deal. The Sales manager with whom I had arranged the scheduled meeting approached and told me that all the paperwork was ready, that the Finance Manager had it, and it would just be a few more minutes. After waiting for over 1.25 hours, I complained to the General manager who then went and began processing the title change paperwork. 10 minutes later the Finance manager came over and all he said was "Thank you for your patience." No apology for the excessive wait. The Finance paperwork took all of 15 minutes to complete. The next day I received a "form letter" email from North Florida Lincoln welcoming me to the "North Florida Lincoln Family" even though I have been dealing with them for over 10 years. They also sent a notice to Sirius XM to cancel my satellite radio service even though I still had months to go on the current contract and I was purchasing the same car I had during the 3 year lease. I had to call Sirius and straighten this out myself. Today I received another email from them asking how I liked my "new MKZ" even though it is now 3 years old and all I did was purchase the vehicle at the end of the current lease. No change to current driver or insurance coverage - just a change from lease to ownership. All the form letter electronic communications do nothing to cover the very bad customer service experience this transaction presented, especially to someone who has been a 10 year customer. Hard to recommend an establishment with this performance.

I didn't have to stay long, but you were allowed in there waiting area and the other customer had a mask on. The staff was wearing masks and social distancing. I wore my mask, they wiped down the loaner vehicle before I used it.
Many luxury lease payments calculated using 10000 miles per year however all leases can be customized with most people getting between 12000 and 15,000 miles per year. I personally have had business leases that included 19000 miles per year but of course all of that is calculated into your monthly lease payment.
