Ordered 2 burgers and fries through a delivery service. Two sealed bags arrived and one burger was missing. Got a refund through the delivery service and ordered the missing burger again. It arrived with the wrong toppings. Clearly the staff is just not paying attention.

We've always had consistently good food at all Five Guys we've been to and this one was no different. Fresh hamburger cooked by order. Fresh fries cooked from potatoes. There is no freezer in these stores as everything is fresh. Pricing has risen significantly since the pandemic but kinda worth it. Check out the pic of the receipt. Just a normal lunch for 2 and it was $35 with no tip. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year.

Understand me please... I'm here on vacation from San Francisco California... I don't eat this type of food very often, in fact hardly ever; I've only heard about five guys once but the review I was given was phenomenal and the food is outstanding and completely lives up to what I was told. If your going to have a cheat day or any kind of day, this will change your life. Cheers!

Received a delivery order from here and forgot one of the items that I ordered and paid for. Received terrible assistance in resolving the issue. Won't recommend ordering from here unless your in store.
