I'm a customer and I'm in good standing. However, I called to inquire about a question I had and before I could finish my question I was interrupted and the person was attempting to talk over me. That person would not stop and instead of listening to me she hung up. I attempted to call her back and she did not answer. I will never borrow from this company again. Horrible customer relations.

Making a payment is easy. You can make a payment anytime by logging in to your account online or on the OneMain mobile app. We also accept payments by mail, at participating retailers or over the phone on our Customer Service line. Also, you can pay by check or debit by visiting us at the Jacksonville-Freedom branch.
By filling out our online prequalification form, you will be able to see if you are prequalified for a personal loan without impacting your credit score. Please note that a hard credit pull will occur when you submit your loan application after prequalification, which may impact your credit score. Once you are prequalified and submit your loan prequalification form online, a team member from our Jacksonville-Freedom branch will contact you and continue the loan process with you.
